Side by Side/ 4 Wheelers: Recommended for visiting nearby beaches, markets, and remote East Cape attractions; street parking is generally available. Taxi/shuttle: Local taxis and private airport shuttles operate between Los Cabos (SJD), La Paz (LAP) and Los Barriles; many vacation rentals and hotels can arrange transfers. Bus: Ecobaja runs shared shuttle between San José del Cabo/Los Cabos area and Los Barriles (check online schedule), useful as a lower-cost option. Plane/general aviation: International flights fly in/out of San Jose del Cabo (SJD) and La Paz (LAP). Bike: Short-distance cycling is common on quieter streets but beware heat and limited bike lanes.
